sometimes our fortunes come in cookies. and sometimes, elsewhere… (luv suz)

it was a saturday in the house in atlanta, and although sat. is a weekend day, it is also actually like many other days and nights and hours and times in the house in atlanta. some weekdays feel like fun weekend days and some weekends feel like tuesdays. that is the upside and downside of working from home and barely having any semblance of a proper schedule.
so it was a sat., and we are getting ready to ship some paintings across the country for a group show scott is a part of in berkeley, CA (we are getting really really good at the ART SHOW IN A BOX concept– paint, mail, open wherever you are, and, viola!, an art show at your fingertips), and we watch some episodes of boardwalk empire (the first tv show in a longgg time i’ve seen so many episodes of; its great!), and we make some food and drink some coconut water and so on, and i decide to download some west african music that was recommended to me from this site:
and i found the comment below so very very very hilarious and possibly true, like all truly hilarious things are i guess, and i wanted to share it. so please, do scroll down.  all the way.

There was this guy who believed very much in true love and decided to take his time to wait for his right girl to appear.
You may painfully regret, only to realise that it is too late.

About suzyloves

i am flowers on the side of the road. 'yes' and 'joy' are important to me. i may not re-read what i write, and i never won a spelling bee, but i do hope you enjoy. the world is getting larger, and i fear our 'human-ness' is growing smaller. this is my attempt to connect. i do love you and i do miss you, so this is my hand reaching out so we can all be love <3
