rain rain rain rain in sf, and okc on the dry interwebs

(by soggy suzy)

is this like portland right now?
i was trying to be in portland this weekend. i guess that didnt work.

while the middle east is revolting and revolutionizing, i am going to start a new habit of occasionally posting beautiful sentences i found in ok cupid profiles.

here is the first. of maybe many. i love the unintentional poetry of everyday online life.

“Bring it, let’s throw it on the fire and see the lovely colors it burns.”

updated later that day– i found another too good to not post.

Like the moon, I go through phases:

New Moon:
To die is to be born; by letting go I am fully alive.

First Quarter:
We are perfect just as we are and yet, we could use a little help.

Full Moon:
Everything is as it should be–there is an elegance to all that is good and all that is evil. And yet, we can exert effort to live in accordance with our values.

Third Quarter:
The most serious stories are often told by clowns.

About suzyloves

i am flowers on the side of the road. 'yes' and 'joy' are important to me. i may not re-read what i write, and i never won a spelling bee, but i do hope you enjoy. the world is getting larger, and i fear our 'human-ness' is growing smaller. this is my attempt to connect. i do love you and i do miss you, so this is my hand reaching out so we can all be love <3
