sometimes, nyc is best ever. {by suzy/ duh!}

Yoga dates back to 3300 BC, so it’s probably fair to say that downward dogs have seen almost every imaginable setting. In a true “only in New York” moment, the practice finds another sacred setting when the MoMA opens its doors early for yogis and yoginis of all levels to wish Pipilotti Rist’s divine installation piece Pour Your Body Out a fond farewell. The morning class is led by Virayoga founder Elena Brower, whose nurturing, inspirational teaching style is an ideal pairing with Rist’s provocative, playful multimedia environment. Namaste, NYC.

About suzyloves

i am flowers on the side of the road. 'yes' and 'joy' are important to me. i may not re-read what i write, and i never won a spelling bee, but i do hope you enjoy. the world is getting larger, and i fear our 'human-ness' is growing smaller. this is my attempt to connect. i do love you and i do miss you, so this is my hand reaching out so we can all be love <3
