i go through old journals and find entires where i wrote “only think on sundays- for a few hours- bc thinking gets you nowhere

thinking, planning, anticapating, remembering.

worrying!

where does that get us?

do you recall that new age statistic i used to love- that we spend almost all of our thoughts either planning, remembering or judging? label the next round of thoughts that come up and see how easily they fit into those categories.

so why think at all. alex, lets both help each other TAKE IT EASY.
